Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered clean and small rooms, although tightly spaced, they were well-maintained. The service was friendly and accommodating, with pleasant facilities available around the clock. The location was ideal for sightseeing but lacked dining choices. The amenities were limited but satisfactory.
The hotel had pretty small rooms that could have been set up better for baggage and clothes storage. However, the service was friendly and somewhat helpful. The location was great, especially for downtown needs, and the dining options were convenient. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was small but nice and clean, and being on the Eldridge St side provided a peaceful environment away from the noisy Houston St traffic. The service was extremely helpful and the staff were lovely, accommodating all of our room needs. The location was perfect for exploring the city, just a block from the subway and within walking distance of great spots like Katz deli and St Mark's street. The dining options were varied and delicious, especially with the convenience of Clinton Street Bakery nearby. The facilities were well-maintained, making my stay enjoyable.
The hotel's location is superb, close to Soho, Little Italy, and Chinatown, offering easy access to great restaurants and bars. The rooms are just fine, albeit small, with glass walls to the bathroom. However, the spilled alcohol situation during my trip was a bit off-putting.
The hotel is a great little base for exploring the city with lots of dining options nearby. The rooms were way too small, but the service was fantastic, making our NYC trip wonderful.
Although my room was very small and oddly had a fake window, the hotel was located conveniently next to the lobby. The staff was super friendly and helpful, even leaving me some wine in my room as a nice touch. The location was fantastic for my work meetings, despite not being the most beautiful in Manhattan. The dining experience was underwhelming, but having Clinton Street Bakery nearby was a good start for the day.
